My Revue on Led Zeppelin Celebration Day Album!
Yes I am doing my revue on Led Zeppelin's album Celebration Day. I bought this album for one of Drew's Christmas presents this year. I had to go the day it came out to pick it up and I was glad I did. Because the one I bought only had three left after I bought mine. The set I bought Drew has two cd's, the concert on dvd and rehearsal session on dvd that means a total of four cd's. If you like Led Zeppelin at all this is one that you need in your collection. Drew takes it all over with him to listen to the cd's.
The thing for me I would rather listen to the concerts than the studio versions. Some of the studio versions are alright but you get the whole picture of how the band really is unless you listen to them in concert. We listened to this album on the way up north for Christmas and I really like this one. I really didn't like Led Zeppelin until I met Drew and he will tell you that too.
Yes the band is up there in age but I will tell you one thing they did not miss a beat. Robert Plant his voice sounds just as great as back in the day, Jimmy Page on the guitar never missed a note it was great, John Paul Jones on bass he never missed a note and he also came out from the shadow and you seen him more on the dvd, Yes John Bonham was not there but his son Jason Bonham was on the drums for the concert and I will tell you one thing he never missed a beat on the drums and I know his dad is watching him and is so proud of him right now. Jason also did background vocals on Good Times Bad Times. We watched the dvd on New Years Eve and I felt like I was there at the concert.
The concert was December 10, 2007 at Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert London's O2 Arena. The album was released November 19, 2012.
I am going to leave you with a picture of the band on stage. Please feel free to leave any comments!

My Revue on Lionel Richie Tuskegee Album!
Yes Lionel Richie had a concert on t.v. last night and I watched it. This concert was awesome. I enjoyed the whole show.
I just could not believe all the country music singers that he was singing with last night. Yes I like country music and rock.
This is a list of the singers and songs that they sang last night:
Jason Aldean- He sang " Say You Say Me". This was an awesome song he sang. He did an great job with the song.
Luke Bryan- He sang " Running with the Night". He sang this so good and I really liked it.
Sara Evans and Marc Anthony- They sang " Endless Love". The did an awesome job with this song. I really loved it.
Martina McBride- She sang " Still ". This was an awesome performance.
The Band Perry- They sang " Penny Lover". I don't know the band at all but they did do a good job with the song.
Lady Antebellum- They sang " Truly". This was a awesome performance for the song. I just sat there watching them in awww.
Here are the duets with Lionel Richie:
Kenny Chesney- He sang " My Love". This was really funny with the two of them. Because Kenny would try to move close to Lionel when they sang the part My Love. Then Lionel would shake his head no. They did have an awesome performance together.
Tim McGraw- He sang " Sail On". This was an awesome performance with the two of them. They had a great time on the stage singing together.
Jennifer Nettles- She sang " Hello". They had a great performance together.
Kenny Rogers- He sang " Lady". He was suppose to sing by himself but he asked Lionel to come up on stage and sing with him. Lionel only had one word for this song and went to Kenny with it. They come up with the song together. This was a great performance with both of them singing the song.
Darius Rucker- He sang " Stuck on You". This was a great performance. I really enjoyed it.
Rascal Flatts- They sang " Dancing on the Ceiling". This was so awesome. I loved it.
Blake Shelton- He sang " You Are". They had an awesome time singing together. It was funny because they were goofing around on stage when You Are came up and pointing at each other. It was awesome to watch.
Nicole Richie she sat by her dad while he played a song he use to sing to her when she was little.
Big & Rich- They sang " Brick House". This was so good and I loved it when Lionel went up there to sing with them. It was the last song of the show.
I just really enjoyed the show so much and I seen the cd at Wal-Mart today and picked it up. I got the deluxe edition so I even have the dvd.
Yes I do like Lionel Richie's music. I grew up listening to it a lot. I did have all of his albums but then my ex sold them.
I would like to hear what you have to say about this so please feel free to leave your comments. Thank you very much!♥

Mr. Sound Effects Wes Harrison!
My only day off of work in a eight day week, Drew and I went thrift store shopping on Saturday. This is what we like to do because we can always find real good bargains.
Well this time I really found something I thought I would never see again. Yes this album of Mr. Sound Effects Wes Harrison and I got the album for only a dollar. The one and only time I seen him was at the Wisconsin Dells during a Tommy Bartlet Water Ski Show. This was over twenty years ago that I had seen him. He is really funny and I really enjoyed his show. My son was only three years old and he was sitting there laughing and enjoying the show.
He was in two wars, World War II and the Koren War. When he got out he went to the Aurthur Godfrey talent show and won. Ted Mack gave him his start in the show business, he started to appear on a lot of t.v. shows like Ed Sullivan, Merv Griffin and Dean Martin. He has also done some sound effects for Disney and MGM shows like Tom and Jerry, Peter Pan and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
I lost this album after my divorce and never thought I would see it again and then I found it. I was so happy when I found this album, I had to listen to it Saturday night when we got home. You should have seen Drew's face listening to it, the looks were priceless. I was sitting there laughing while I was listening to it.
On the album he has The Big Duck Hunt, Odds and Ends, Take a Train and Wes' Car. When you hear this you would not believe what he has done to people. Here are a couple of things from the album- On his car he put a speaker behind the grill and made train sounds going down the street, in a traffic jam he made sounds of a galloping horse with a police officer two cars in front of him, he got kicked off of two planes for making train sounds. He puts on one awesome show.
If you enjoy comedy like this it is a album to get.
Thank you for reading this and please feel free to leave any comments!♥

My Revue on Kenny Rogers Ten Years Of Gold!
Yes I have not done a revue on Kenny Rogers yet. So I decided to do one on this album. It will not be like my other revues. I will not go through what I think about each song. This one is going to be different.
The reason why I picked this album today is because Drew and I had gone to thrift stores looking for albums. I had told him I would love to find this album on vinyl. He seen it at a thrift store and showed it to me. The album is in perfect condition. The cover is worn but still in descent condition not torn or anything. You will not believe this we only paid one dollar for the album. I was not going to pass that up at all. That day we walked out of the thrift store with about twenty dollars worth of music on vinyl, cassette and c.d's.
He was in a band called The First Edition. Some of the songs on here are from with the band but he had the rights to put them on the album.
The reason why I like this album so much it has a lot of great music on it. This album came out in 1978 and it is his first single collaboration album. With songs like Lucille, Day Time Friends and While The Feelings Good. These are all songs from his first decade of singing by himself.
This album went number one on the country music charts. It also went 4 times platinum in the United States and went platinum in Canada.
The songs are all off of different albums like Ruby Don't Take Your Love To Town, The First Edition, Kenny Rogers, Daytime Friends and Love Lifted Me.
There is something about his voice it is so different from any others. When you are listening to new music on the radio you can pick his voice out and you know it is him.
Yes I did grow up listening to country music with my parents. But I like country music and rock and I still listen to both.
If you are a Kenny Rogers fan this is a must album for your collection. I can tell you it is a very hard one to find in good conditions. I really would like to hear what you think of this album.
Yes I am leaving you with one of the songs I really like by him.

My Revue on Bad Company Straight Shooter Album!
Today I decided to do a revue on Bad Company.
Since I have been with my boyfriend I have been listening to their music. Yes it is different from what I usually listen to but I really like their music. I just enjoy listening to it and when we go up north and get the cd's packed in the bag I tell him to make sure he has Bad Company in there.
I just can't put my finger on it for the reason why I like this group so much. Maybe because they really don't scream when they sing. The music is so awesome.
Here is what I think of the songs on the album-
Good Lovin' Gone Bad- This is a really good song and the music is awesome.
Feel Like Makin' Love- This song is awesome. Yes this is one of my favorites on the album. Yes this is a ballad but a really good one.
Weep No More- The beginning of the song is great with the instrumentals. This song is good.
Shooting Star- This another of my favorites. This one tells you how it is to become a musician and the music with it is awesome.
Deal With The Preacher- This is a good song I like this one.
Wild Fire Woman- This song is alright. The music is great and the lyrics.
Anna- This is a ballad and it is a really great one too. I really like this song a lot.
Call On Me- This a really good song. Not that bad I will listen to this song.
Like I said I really like this band. If they came around for a concert I would really like to go and see them. I hope to hear what you have to say about this album. Like I always do I am leaving you with a video!♥

My Revue on Boston Album is Boston!
I know I have not done an album revue in a long time. So I decided to do this album today.
This is there debut album it was released in July of 1976 on Epic records. This album went to number three on the billboards. It also went 17 times platinum by the recording industry association of America.
I remember when the album came out I was listening to it on the radio and I wanted the album so bad. So what I did was I asked my mom and dad for the album for my birthday and they said we will see. Then when my birthday came I didn't get the album so I took my birthday money and went and bought myself the album. I was so determined to get the album.
Yes I am going to write about each song today. So here I go-
More Than A Feeling- The music on this song is so awesome and the lyrics are just great. Yes I really like this song.
Peace Of Mind- This is another awesome song for them. The music and the lyrics are just so great.
Foreplay/ Long Time- I just love the music on here it is so awesome. This is an great song I really do like this one.
Rock and Roll Band- This is a good song. Don't get me wrong I do like this one.
Smokin'- I do like this song. The music is great on here and the lyrics.
Hitch a Ride- This is more of a mellow song for them. I really like this song.
Something About You- This is a good song. The music is awesome.
Let Me Take You Home Tonight- This song is a ballad song. It is really good and I do like this song.
This album is so awesome and a great debut album for a band. To me the whole album is awesome and it is really hard to pick one song from this album that is my favorite. This is a must have album if you are a Boston fan.
Like I always do I am leaving you with a video of one of the songs. Just remember I like the whole album so this is a really hard choice for me. But this time it is not going to be one that has be played on the radio all the time.

My Revue on Air Supply Mumbo Jumbo Album!
This revue I am going to do different. This album was given to me by my boyfriends mom. She asked me if I liked the group and I said yes and she handed me the cd.
His parents went to the concert to see them. They both said that they could hardly hear the music and was a little upset with the concert. They did get the cover of the cd signed by the group. I thought that was awesome.
I did listen to the cd in my car while I was driving around doing shopping and paying bills.
Listening to this album it is different. Some of the music is like the romantic type, then you have some just different. It is the mellow music still. But this one is just really different for the group. I think they did an awesome job with this album.
I can't do this album song by song like I usually do because the whole album is just so awesome. I really like the whole album. It is so awesome you just have to listen to it yourself. I can't say enough about this album of how much I really like it.
The song for the cover is great and when I first heard it I was dancing in the car while I was driving. You should have seen the other people looking at me. It was really funny.
I looked on all music and they gave this album four stars for it. I thought that was amazing to see that. What they wrote about the album was really good too.
I would really like to hear what your thoughts of this album is. I am leaving you with a video like always!♥
Have a save and Happy New Year!♥

I have seen them in concert and they are awesome to see. Like I said before this is an awesome band and one of my favorite band's. If they were to come back together and do another concert I would go to see them. They were always there for the fans. This is the kind of band I like that thinks of the fans too.
I would like to know what you think of this album. Please leave your comments. I am leaving you with one of my favorite songs off this album!♥

My Revue on Kiss Album Dressed To Kill!
Yes I am doing my revue on Kiss this time. I do like their earlier music but not my favorite group.
The person in the band that I do like is Paul Stanley the Star Child. I have like him since I started to listen to their music.
I chose this album because it has a lot of good songs on it. It was released in 1975. I wanted an album with all of the original members.
So here goes my revue on the album-
Room Service- I like this song and listen to the music is great.
Two Timer- This song is alright but not one I would always listen to by them.
Ladies In Waiting- I like the music in the beginning and this is a good song. I do like this one.
Getaway- This is good song and Ace sings this one. I think he does a good job with the song.
Rock Bottom- I like the guitar in the beginning that is awesome. This is not bad at all.
C'mon And Love Me- This song is not to bad and the music is not bad at all. I like this one.
Anything For My Baby- This is really good. I could listen to this anytime.
She- This one I do not like.
Love Her All I Can- This is a little more mellow for the band. I do like this one.
Rock And Roll All Nite- I love this song. Yes I know it was really overplayed. But this is an awesome song.
I would like to hear what you have to say about this album!
Yes I am leaving you with a video!

My Revue on Van Halen Album 1984
I was thinking about doing this album for a long time. I remember when this album came out. I went to the store and bought it. I was married at the time and my now ex husband was mad at me for going and buying the album. I told him I had to have it.
This is the last album David Lee Roth is on. The following spring he left the band. To me he thought he was the gift to woman but not for me.
This album went ten times platinum in the United States. It also sold over ten million copies. This is a great album for the band. The review scores for this album is all five stars.
Yes the earlier albums are good to. But I wanted to do a revue on this one with it being David Lee Roth's last album with the band. I also like this album.
Here is what I think of all the songs-
1984- This is a instrumental intro into the album. It is alright but really short for me.
Jump- I love the music in the beginning it makes you want to just get up and start to dance. I know this song is way over played but it is still a really good song. It is a really good song and was number one.
Panama- This is another good song and I really like this one too. The music in this song is awesome and yes I know this song is another over played song for them. But you have to really listen to not only the lyrics but the music they put into it.
Top Jimmy- This one is really different to the band. I like this song you just have to really sit and listen to the song.
Drop Dead Legs- This is a little slower song for them. But is still a good song I like it.
Hot For Teacher- The way they start this one off is awesome with the drums then the guitar. I really like this song.
I'll Wait- I really like this song. It is a little slower song too. But it is a good song.
Girl Gone Bad- The music on this is awesome I really like the beginning. But not one I would listen to all the time.
House Of Pain- The music on this is good but not a song I would always listen to.
This is an awesome album. I really like it a lot. Four of the songs were on the billboard top 100 list. The songs are Jump, Panama, I'll Wait and Hot For Teacher. I would really like to hear what you think of this album. Yes I am leaving you with a video. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

My Revue on Joan Jett's I Love Rock 'N" Roll Album!
This is one of them I was thinking about yesterday. I know I have been doing bands and male singers. So I wanted to do some of the female singers that I like.
I remember when this album came out. I was still in high school and I wanted the album so bad. So I asked my uncle to get it for me for Christmas. That is what he gave me for my Christmas present and my parents got upset with me. They wanted me to earn the money to get the album. My uncle always asked us kids what we would like for Christmas so I mentioned the album and some other things. This is what I told my parents. But the where still upset with me.
Well on with what I think of this album since it has bonus tracks on it too-
I Love Rock 'N' Roll- I love the music in the song and the lyrics. This song is one of my favorites on the album. It makes my feet move when I listen to it.
(I'm Gonna) Run Away- This is really a good song. I like listening to the music in it a lot.
Love Is Pain- I like the guitar in the beginning. This isn't one I would listen to all the time.
Nag- This makes my feet move but I really don't like the song that much.
Crimson and Clover- I really like this song another one of my favorites. I know this has been over played but it is a really good song too. Just listen to the music in the song.
Victim of Circumstance- This is a really good song. It is more up beat and I really like it.
Bits and Pieces- This is alright but not one I would listen to all the time.
Be Straight- This one is not that bad. I kind of like it. I do like the beat of the music.
You're To Possessive- This is not one I would listen to all the time. It is alright.
Little Drummer Boy- I really like how they do this song. This is one of my favorite Christmas songs.
Bonus Tracks from the album-
Oh Woe Is Me- I Like this song it is really good.
Louie Louie- This is another one of my favorites. I love the beat of this song a lot. The whole song is so good.
You Don't Know What You've Got- I really like this song. The meaning of this song is so good and the music is really good too.
Summertime Blues- The music of the song is great. I really like this song and it just makes you want to get up and dance.
Nag ( Featuring the Coasters)- I really don't like the song much. It is not one I would listen to all the time.
I just love this album and I like Joan Jetts music so much. There are good and not so good songs on all albums. I would really like to hear what you think of this album. I am leaving you with a video.

My Revue George Strait's Pure Country Album!
This morning I couldn't figure out what to write about. I had three singers on my mind. I guess I will do one of them each day. I figured I haven't done a country artist this week yet so I will do it on the Pure Country sound track.
If you like watching movies and you like George Strait this is a movie to get. This is an awesome movie and sound track. My girls love this movie and every time my youngest heard the songs on the radio she wouldn't say George Strait she would say his name from the movie. He is an awesome singer/ songwriter and he is a great actor.
If no one knows this he not only has a son but he also had a daughter the died when she was very young she was thirteen years old. It was very hard for him when this all happened. His son Bubba is a professional rodeo cowboy.
So now on to the songs on the album and what I think about each one of them-
Heartland- In the first one his son is singing it with him at the beginning of the song. This was when his son was young and I thought that was really neat. This is a really good song I like it.
Baby Your Baby- This is a really good song. This is basically telling you how to treat a woman. I really like this song.
I Cross My Heart- This is my favorite song from the album. This is the last song from the movie and this is an awesome song. I can listen to this song all the time. When I listen to the song it reminds me of how I feel about my boyfriend.
When Did You Stop Loving Me- This is a really good song. I like this song and you can hear the instruments in this song.
She Lays It All On The Line- This one I like but not one I would listen to all the time.

I would really like to hear what you think of this album. I am going to leave you with a video and yes it will have part of the movie in it too!
Overnight Male- This is a really good song. I do like this one.
Last In Love- This is a really good song. It is a very slow song but a real good song. I like it.
Thoughts Of A Fool- This is a good song but not one I would listen to very much.
The King Of Broken Hearts- I really like this song. It brings you back to your roots and is really good.
Where The Sidewalk Ends- This is really good. I really like this song it is a faster song on the album but is really good.

My Revue on Pat Benatar's Live From Earth Album!

There is something about her voice that I really like. When I listen to the songs it is like she just draws me in with her voice. Then again maybe that is just how I have always listened to her music too.
Here is what I think about each of the songs on the album-
Fire and Ice- I really like this song. I just really like everything about it the music and the lyrics.
Lookin" for a Stranger- I like this song but not one that I would always listen to all the time.
I Want Out- This is alright not one of her best songs. But it is good I do like the music.
We Live for Love- I do like this song. I know this is one of her slower songs but it is a really good song.
Hell is for Children- I didn't like the title for the song at first. But then I understood what she was singing about. I really like this song for what it stands for. It is about children that are being abused.
Hit Me With your Best Shot- This is one of my favorite songs by her. I just love the the whole song the music the lyrics. It is a really great song.
Promises in the Dark- This is one of her ballad songs and it is really good. I do like this song. The piano in it is really good then the music goes up. That is so great.
Heartbreaker- This is another one of my favorites by her. The music just makes me move my feet while I am listening to the song. This is a great song all the way around.
Love is a Battlefield- I remember when this song came out. I really like this song and it is the truth about relationships it was not easy back then. Now I found the love of my life and I wouldn't change a thing now. This song is so strong and the message in it is very strong. The music is great too.
Lipstick Lies- I really like this song. Not one I would listen to all the time but the music is really good.
I remember when this album came out. It came out right after I graduated high school and I have really liked this album ever since. Like I said before I really like her music. I hope to hear what you think of this album. I am leaving you with one of her official videos!♥

My Revue on Led Zeppelin Album Led Zeppelin III!
The way I came up with writing about this album is really funny. I am reading one of there books called Hammer Of The Gods. Then over the weekend my boyfriend and I went out for a drive and we were listening to this CD. I couldn't believe how much I really missed listening to this CD. The music on it is so awesome I was just sitting in the car moving my foot and looking out the window listening to it. It was so nice to just go out for a drive and listen to this album.
This album on the professional ratings all the way down got five stars. It also went double platinum in 1990 then went six time platinum in 1999. This album also was always in the top ten through the world. There are two singles from the album the Immagrant Song and Hey Hey What Can I Do that went to number sixteen on the charts.
In the mid 1970's is when the songs were recorded for this album. This album was released October 5, 1970.The songs were mainly written by Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. But there are a couple that John Bonham and John Paul Jones did help with. The last song on this album was not written by them it was written by Charles Obscure. The place that they would go to write and record the songs is Bron-Yr-Aru Gwynedd Wales. This place is a 18th Century Cottage up on a hill top.
Well I guess it is time to tell you what I think of each of the songs from the album-
Immigrant Song- I really love the beat of this music. In the beginning with Robert screaming like that is awesome. Then hearing Bonzo with the drums. This makes me start moving my feet while I am writing this. This is one of my favorites.
Friends- This is more of a mellow song for them. It is really good I do like this song by them.
Celebration Day- Listen to John Paul Jones at the beginning is awesome. Then they all join in that is great. I just really like it.
Since I've Been Loving You- This is one of my favorites on the album and the longest one on the album. The beginning is so awesome and I know it is a ballad by them. But an awesome song.
Out On The Tiles- This is a really good song. I love how you can move to the music.
Gallows Pole- I really like this song it is really good.
Tangerine- This is another ballad but it is really good. I really like this song.
That's The Way- This is really good I really like this one.
Bron-Y- Aur Stomp- This is about there place in Wales. I Love the beginning of this song I am sitting here moving my foot. This is another one of my favorites. I just love the music on this song it is so awesome.
Hats Off To (Roy) Harper- This song is alright not one of my favorites. The music is really good on it but that is about it.
I Love the cover for the album to that is awesome something really different. If you are a true Led Zeppelin fan this is a must have album for your collection. I remember when I first heard this album I had to have it. My parents told me that if I wanted it I would have to pay for it myself and I did. I just love this album. I will be writing about the book I am reading about them. So be watching for that on here. I am leaving you with one of my favorite songs from this album!
